Training Methods

We do not train communication models, but enable, encourage and activate the participants to make full sense of their potential of achievement. In operating as individual characters, they are able to meet job requirements and solve problems. For this to happen, we communicate specific possibilities to the participants that enable them to independently put into practice what they have learned in the seminar.

The seminar leader integrates the needed methods systematically and individually:


  • Case studies, examples from enterprises
  • Short presentations, lectures, teaching conversations
  • Single- and group work
  • Self- and external analysis, feedback
  • Presentation and practice-oriented exercises
  • Training including video recording for self-assessment
  • Tests for self-assessment
